Music From The Stars was recorded only a few months after Rick's first album Sacred Streets. With all of the shows that were coming in from Sacred Streets, Rick formed The Cast Of Characters with old friend Jack Donnelly and before they knew it, they had the urge to write some new songs for a record. Rick didn't want to over think the album so they just threw all of the paint against the wall to see what stuck and what didn't. The whole album was recorded at first by only Rick and Jack but last minute Rick added up and coming soul singer Russ Tate, Local Philly Jazz Legend Elliot Levine and Willie Gammell (from Rick's favorite band on the east coast The Galt Line). Also a new character arrived into the scene by the name of Issa Rabadi who Rick knew was talented since high school but they had never worked together before. Since then Rick has produced Issa Rabadi's first album which is due out in mid 2012.

Music For The Stars was only released on the internet on The Out In The Woods Productions website until now.

This is Rick's 2nd album.
